As we enter the 36th edition of the Japanese Grand Prix in Suzuka, we checked through our archives and uncovered the original 1997 drawings for the Suzuka International Racing Course.
The iconic corners of Suzuka have seen some of the most unforgettable moments in F1 history.
Originally designed as a Honda test track by John Hugenholtz in 1962, the circuit has since undergone major layout iterations whilst maintaining its renowned shape.
