The first two stages of the XXXI Rally Elba Storico (Round 8 of the FIA European Historic Sporting Rally Championship) were run on Thursday 19 September at night. Finland’s Pentti Veikkanen and Timo Jaakkola, in the Category 3 1981 Porsche 911 SC, tackled the 7.24km stage at Capolivieri Innamorata, which was the second of the two stages run on Thursday evening.
