On Friday morning some of the competitors took advantage of the shakedown stage ahead of this afternoons official start and five special stages, with the first at 16h05 CET. Two EHRC competitors, Ernie and Karen Graham (Ford Escort RS1800) and Ville Silvasti and Risto Pietilainen (Audi quattro S2) were filmed leaving the start of the stage from the ground and from the air.
