They had likely been trapped for hours. But after someone called the Animal Aid team, the rescuers arrived at the scene. The team carefully removed the puppies from the tar one by one. The rescuers spent the next few days massaging the tar off the animals’ fur with oil. The mother of the trio of puppies was found in the neighborhood and they were happily reunited.
